Grand Multip has an apartment building in Barrington Passage known as The Old School House. This building has both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments come equipped with a fridge and stove.
La Baronnie
Grand Multip has an apartment building in West Pubnico Nova Scotia located at #1207 West Pubnico, known as the LA BARONNIE. LA BARONNIE is fixed with both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Tennant Appreciation Day
On November 5, 2017, Grand Multip Properties Inc., held our very first ”Tennant Appreciation Day”. We invited all our tenants to the very site where it all started for our company, at 2008 at #3414 Highway 3, Barrington Passage. We wanted to show our appreciation for the tenants who live in our apartments and to let them know they are more than just an apartment number! The afternoon consisted of complimentary food on the barbecue, sports, spirits, and cake for all. To add to the extravaganza, tenants enjoyed washer toss games, tug of war, bingo and karaoke. Everyone had a great time, and tenants from our other Grand Multip locations got to meet and mingle, some of whom met for the very first time! At Grand Multip Properties Inc., our tenants are like family. We’ve made it our mission to continue to provide safe, quality, and affordable housing to all our tenants.
